Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original, unused condition with the pump unopened and all packaging intact.

For missing or incorrect items, kindly retain all original packaging — including the outer box — and provide:

• A photo of the parcel with the shipping label
  
• Clear images of all contents inside the box
  

This allows us to verify and resolve the issue promptly.
We may be unable to offer compensation or exchanges if the required materials are not provided or if the request is made after 14 days.
